How much will you have to pay for our mortgage services?
For establishing your needs, undertaking research and making a recommendation, we charge a total fee of £399,
£250 payable at outset and £149 payable following receipt of the offer of mortgage advance.
For a further advance / product transfers we charge a total fee of £299, £150 payable at outset and £149 payable following receipt of the offer of mortgage advance.
Where there is additional work carried out when assisting with more complex adverse mortgages, the total fee charged will typically be £500. For example, with impaired credit mortgages we typically charge a fee of £500, £350 payable at outset and £150 payable following receipt of the offer of mortgage advance.
