The simplified scheme will provide a weekly flat-rate payment of \u00a3144.<\/p>\n<p>The date has been moved forward to April 2016, and is one of the biggest overhauls of Britain&#8217;s pension system in decades. The current system includes a basic pension, a State Second Pension and\/or some means tested pension credit.
